Enchanted Tools partnered with Lyon–Saint Exupéry Airport to run a live experiment with Miroki, our social concierge robot. Deployed in Terminal 1 and later in the duty-free area, Miroki supported passengers with wayfinding, flight information, and guidance on services, shops and restaurants.
Feedback showed strong approval, with high perceived usefulness and positive emotional reactions. In a fast-paced environment, Miroki proved it can reduce friction while making the journey more enjoyable.
